Mr. John Flower,
Guest Professor at the University of Applied Sciences of Kempten
in Germany and Senior Manager of AT&T Germany, hold a lecture
about „Pricing Policy in International Marketing Management” in
the extra (“kelase jobrani”) class of Dr. Paivand Sepehri on
Thursday the 19th of April 2007 at 14-16PM (seminar room Nr. 2)
at the Industrial Engineering Department of the University of
Tehran. He lectured the topic for both classes (Bachelor and
Master classes) of Dr. Paivand Sepehri. John Flower covered
Chapter 10 of the course related book “Principles of Marketing/
Edition 2006”. He talked about different Price Policies in
International Companies and the impact of prices, as one of the
main items of the 4 P’s, in International Marketing Decisions.
After that, the students had the opportunity to discuss their
course related issues with him. In this class, we also welcomed
Mrs. Müller, PR Manager of the Frankfurt Theatre and the wife of
Mr. Flower. Dr. Sepehri reminds the students that this lecture
will be part of the examination for both classes. The 7S Model
of McKinsey and the Pricing Policy for one Private Bank in Iran
have been chosen as presentation topics of two groups of
students.
