Today with expansion of plural connection
tools, increasing in penetration of Internet and convincingly
elimination of physical boundaries for business processes and
financial services, competitive areas are made too compact and
surviving in competition course needs to hard trying, exact
planning and scheduling and effective controlling on doing this
tasks correctly. In this way attention to human resources of
organization is a very necessary mission because human resources
in an organization have the primary affect in conceding good
services to the customers and satisfying them.
Upon that in our country this subject is very
essential Dr Paivand Sepehri and his team have decided to
implement this analytical tool in SAIPA Co.HR-Metrics team
consists of the best student of Industrial Engineering in
University of Tehran in B. S. grade and have started this
research since previous week.
